Daniel Benson (BNXN)

BNXN is an Afro-Fusion Singer and Songwriter.

BNXN, pronounced as Benson, was born Daniel Benson. Buju is a fast-rising Nigerian Afro-fusion singer and songwriter who draws inspiration to create his music, ranging from his personal experiences, his environment or the experiences of his friends.

His ability to tell stories effortlessly in his music whilst including vivid melodies and harmony is something that has made his music a ‘must-listen’ as it is unexplainably enjoyable. He has released a series of singles, including “Spiritual” featuring indigenous rapper Zlatan, “Lenu” and “Ohema”. In 2019, he bagged a nomination for the “Rookie of the Year” category at the HipTV Headies Awards.

His ability to freestyle on any instrumental gained him exposure on social media and coupled with his music, he is an unstoppable wave indeed. Buju is most definitely an artist to watch out for in the years to come as he is believed to have ‘just what the world needs to listen to’ and it is evident in his music.

Kaychuba is a unique Afro-beats artist with raspy vocals that will capture your attention within seconds. His redefined style and approach towards Afrobeats will leave you relaxed and in a trance. Adapting the pidgin language in some of his songs, he perpetuates a realism to the struggles of the African people.

Kaychuba was born Onyeka Ochuba in Lagos Nigeria in 1994. He began singing/writing music while he was in secondary school, but started recording the music he wrote in university where he was formerly known as “karchy”. He would often record music with his roommate, but didn’t release any music as kaychuba until 2019 when he released “selfish” and “me + you” with Mr Steph who produced both tracks.

Princess Keshie (Rtkesh)

UK based Afro-R&B (Alté) singer songwriter

Introducing East London based UK Afro-R&B (Alté) singer songwriter RT Kesh whose latest single ‘We Go' was premiered by GRM Daily on July 23rd.

'We Go' was produced by burgeoning Nigerian producer Michael Syn X who has worked with some of the biggest names in Afrobeats, including Mr Eazi, Ycee, Ninola, Nizzy to name a few. She depicted a summer of love theme, fusing together traditional R&B and Afro vibes to compliment the catchy and memorable hook/chorus.

Kesh's passion for music stems from being ignited by her parent's love of music. Exposing her to the sounds of Fela kuti, The Fugees, and Sadé to name a few, all who have greatly influenced her music today.

Having already been championed by GRM Daily as a solo artist, Kesh continues to hone her craft by performing live consistently at some of London's popular music venues, and working on new music ahead of her forthcoming EP set for release later this year.
